Start Intake

  • Uncontested Divorce without property without children--$2,250 (price includes filing fees and one certified copy request fee).

    • Conditions:

      • The parties agree on all issues.

      • The parties do not have minor joint children.

      • The parties do not have real estate.

      • NOTE: If the parties wish to divide a retirement account into two retirement accounts, they will need to select a neutral attorney to prepare a Qualified Domestic Relations Order after the divorce is finalized.

    • Terms:

      • No joint representation—Attorney ONLY represents one party—Client’s spouse must sign waiver or have their own attorney.

      • Client must have all necessary information to complete paperwork. (See limited scope agreement for list of documents/information needed.)

Package Terms & Conditions

Before choosing a package, please review its eligibility, included and excluded services, required client information, fees, and the scope of representation. An attorney engaged for one party is not the attorney for both parties. Package details are subject to the practice’s approved engagement terms. Do not fabricate detailed terms from an agreement not supplied to the builder.
